From Boston: Approximately 95 miles (2 hours). Take the Southeast Expressway Route 93 South to Route 3 South. Follow to the Sagamore Bridge. Cross the Sagamore Bridge to Route 6 East. Follow Route 6 East for approximately 45 minutes to Exit 10.

Take Exit 10 (Brewster / Harwich), and turn left off the ramp onto Route 124 North. Follow 124 North to the intersection of Route 6A (approximately 10 minutes). Turn right onto Route 6A East. Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club is 1.7 miles on the right.  If you drive past the mansion, you have gone too far.

From Hartford: Approximately 175 miles (3.5 hours). Take Route 84 East to Massachusetts Turnpike (Route 90 East). Follow Route 90 East to Exit 11A (Route 495 South). Route 495 South becomes Route 25 South. From Route 495 / 25 South, take Exit 2 (Bourne / Sagamore, Route 6) off Route 25. Follow the signs for Route 6 East (Hyannis / Provincetown). Take the third exit off the rotary, under the Bourne Bridge. Follow to Route 6 and the Sagamore Bridge. Enter the rotary, and take the first exit for Route 6 East (Hyannis / Provincetown). Cross the Sagamore Bridge to Route 6 East. Follow Route 6 East for approximately 45 minutes to Exit 10. Take Exit 10 (Brewster / Harwich), and turn left off the ramp onto Route 124 North. Follow 124 North to the intersection of Route 6A (approximately 10 minutes). Turn right onto Route 6A East. Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club is 1.7 miles on the right.  If you drive past the mansion, you have gone too far.

From New York City: Approximately 245 miles (5 hours). Take 95 North to Providence, Rhode Island. Take the exit for Route 195 East in Providence. Follow Exit 22A (Route 25 South).

From Route 495 / 25 South, take Exit 2 (Bourne / Sagamore, Route 6) off Route 25. Follow the signs for Route 6 East (Hyannis / Provincetown). Take the third exit off the rotary, under the Bourne Bridge. Follow to Route 6 and the Sagamore Bridge. Enter the rotary and take the first exit for Route 6 East (Hyannis / Provincetown). Cross the Sagamore Bridge to Route 6 East.

Once you have reached Ocean Edge, turn right, and drive straight down Villages Dr. to the guard house.  Tell the guard you are staying at 58 Susanna and they will give you a parking pass to display in your car.  Once you’ve left the guard house, turn right on Gray Lane and then left onto Susanna Drive.  58 is the first house on the left.
