Checkout time is 10:00 am.  This is to allow sufficient time for cleaning between renters.

Checkout procedures:

​

• Please empty the fridge completely of all items.

​

• Bag up all trash and throw out in trash room.

​

• Run dishwasher with any remaining dirty dishes.

• ​

• Check the washer and dryer for any clothes.

​

• Make sure key has been replaced in broker's lock and that you haven't accidentally kept a house key with you.

​

• Look under couches and beds for missing items. We are unable to return forgotten items.

​

• Lock patio door and front door on way out. You can do this with the broker's lock key or with a house key which you can then drop through the mail slot.
